both items are top quality. both my cats love playing with them and chasing each other through the tunnel. it is a shame i can't upload a picture to show you.
also the customer service i got as one item was out of stock was brilliant. the gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. definitely recommend both products and quality of customer care thats provided

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service you gave but esp to say the products were brilliant. my 2 cats haven't stopped playing. i am really impressed with the quality and know even though the toys are being put through their paces they will last a long long time.
