Fabulous tree, we have had it for nearly a year and it is still going strong. The fur babies bound up and down it all day long, love to get their claws in to the roped struts and hide in the "cat cave"
I think they have better furnature than I do!

I received really good customer service and really fast postage. The item arrived safely and was relatively easy to assemble on my own, however, unfortunatley it was too tall for some areas around the house and too small for others in order to be attached to the wall and was therefore extremely unstable and far to dangerous to allow my cat to play on, therefore I had to hire a handy man to alter it, which he managed to do so that it fit safely against the ceiling and then used the ceiling fixing to make the post more sturdy, unfortunatley even using the supplied ceiling fixing did not make a great difference and in the end I had to have the scratching post bolted to the wall, and it is now 100% safe. I would recommend this company for good customer service, and I would recommend this product however, I would only recommend it if you are willing to bolt it on to the wall (only requiring a bit of handyman experience and some fixings) as otherwise it really is just to unstable.
NB. If the ceilings are the correct height(as per description) then there should be no stability issues with this cat tree.

1st class service, and also very pleased with overall quality of tree.
I bought the unit due to it being slimmer than other units, although did not intend for it to be up to the ceiling. Instead i secured it to the wall using a discreet angle bracket at the top, then secured to the wall through the back wall of the den.
Works a treat, Benny thinks it's the Cat's Pyjamas & now wants a parachute for Christmas so he can practice his base jumping!

I was very pleased with the santander cat tree. It was easy to assemble but did have a washer missing. The service was very good also.
My only critisism is that it is quite difficult for my cats to get down from the 2nd and 3rd shelf as there is not much room for them to manouver and they have to jump down from the top!
